BLOG, i start getting daily new emails about Search Engine Optimization guides. In last few couple of days i got 9 emails asking me to write a article on On-Page and Off-page SEO optimization. I would like to mention a special point here that in Search engine optimization process - On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO plays very important role in ranking higher your website/blog in SERP's.
In this Post am going to teach you about On-Page SEO Optimization.
What is On-Page optimization?
In search engine optimization, on-page optimization refers to factors that have an effect on your Web site or Web page listing in natural search results. In simple words, on-page optimization include actual HTML code, meta tags, keyword placement and keyword density.
How to Do On-page SEO optimization in your blog/website?
Follow given steps to rank higher your blog in Search engine results:
Step 1: Start Title of post with Keyword.
Example: Suppose you are going to publish an article on Weight Loss tips. You should focus on your keyword i.e 'Weight Loss', title should be like. "5 Amazing tips to Lose weight in 7 days".
Important: Remember in example's we are focusing on 'Weight Loss' Keyword.
Step 2: Start writing your article and upload images and videos in your post to reduce bounce rate, because people takes more interest in images and videos.
Step 3: Put focus on your keyword 'Weight Loss' in your post. Give attention on
density of keyword in post. You should try to make proper use of your keyword's in starting of your post, because search engine mainly focus on keyword's used in between first 100 to 400 words of article. Don't use keyword's in spammy way.
Step 4: Use outbound links in you post. Here outbound links means linking articles from high authorities websites like
Wikipedia,
harvard.edu. These links will boost your search results in searc engines.
Step 5: Post long contents as Length is strength to rank higher your website in search results. A good post contains at least 700 to 1500 words in post.
Step 6: Use social sharing buttons below your post. If reader likes your post then they can share your post on social networking sites, which boom traffic on your blog.
